We exist to share and spread opportunity.
ManyBuild was created as a response to an ever growing and evolving construction market. Alejandro Lovera, the company’s founder and a third generation builder himself, wanted to create a space where builders got ahead based on the quality of their work and the earnisty of their efforts. Alejandro spent the first few years of the business as a licensed contractor and fund manager himself, learning from the building community. Soon after partnering with his co-founder, Stefan Norton, they launched ManyBuild’s first app.

The first cohort of customers to endorse ManyBuild were from the Latino community in and around Denver, CO. Putting the community forward and listening deeply steers ManyBuild’s software development and hiring decisions. Today ManyBuild has a robust bilingual offering and a simple membership structure that does not nickle and dime it’s customers.
ManyBuild hires community champions eager to cultivate their own practice.
